At Ivory Atelier, many of our products are hand-embroidered, handcrafted, and delicate in nature. Because of the handmade process, a 5%–10% variation may occur in design, embellishment, or finishing.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept that slight variations may exist compared to the images displayed online. However, we make every effort to keep these variations minimal.

Color Variation

The actual color of a product may differ slightly from the photos due to:

Lighting conditions during photography

Differences in screen brightness and color settings

Professional editing of model images

Such variations are normal and not considered a defect.

Handwork & Embellishments

Beads, sequins, pearls, or other embellishments may loosen or fall off due to the nature of handmade work.
This is not considered a fault, and Ivory Atelier is not responsible for minor displacement of embellishments.

Care Instructions

All clothing items should be handled with care.
We strongly recommend dry cleaning only for all embellished or delicate outfits.
Ivory Atelier will not be responsible for any damage caused by washing, ironing, or cleaning methods other than the one advised.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders, whether local or international.

All products are made and packed with great care, and each order is checked before dispatch.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered due to the nature of our products, sizing variations, and limited-stock designs.

Please ensure you review your order details carefully before placing your order.

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled, as items are processed immediately.
