Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange or Return is Applicable Only If:

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all labels and tags.

The product has no stains, perfume scents, body odors, makeup marks, water stains, or any signs of use.

The product is not a discounted/sale item and not a custom-made piece.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.

Customers may receive store credit (coupon) of the same value, valid for any future purchase.

Exchange Procedure*
To request an exchange or return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Email us with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

Exchange by Courier/Post

You are required to send the item back to the address provided by our team.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Ivory Atelier is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit.

We aim to process exchange/return requests within 3–5 working days after receiving the item.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Order Cancellation by Ivory Atelier

Ivory Atelier reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Out-of-stock items

Pricing errors

Payment issues or transaction decline

If payment has already been received, a refund will be issued.

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items

These items are created with special care and attention to detail.

Due to their personalized nature, handcrafted and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or discount are final and not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Return Request for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@ivoryatelier.pk

Include:

Your order number

A detailed description of the issue

Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product

Eligibility

Only damaged or defective items reported within 24 hours are eligible for review.

After 24 hours, the item will be considered used/worn, and the return will not be accepted.

Return Authorization
Do not return any product without receiving authorization from Ivory Atelier.
After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process for Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
